E-Commerce Customer Service Associate ~ A Customer Service Associate handles all customer service aspects of the Von Maur website. Primary job responsibilities of the Customer Service Associate are:
- Follows up on customer questions either over the phone or in writing.
- Finds solutions to customer problems and investigates situations.
- Provides excellent customer service to customers with website and ordering issues.
- Traces lost packages by communicating with the shipping company and the customer, and by referring to package records.
- Communicates with the Credit office at the Von Maur Center regarding customer information and concerns.
- Composes customer correspondence.
- Works with Loss Prevention personnel on website security issues.
